Florida Woman Guilty of Interstate Stolen Credit Card Scheme

News Release: HARRISBURG- The United States Attorneys Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that Chelsea Miller, age 19, of Stuart, Florida, pleaded guilty on Nov. 22, 2016, before United States District Court Judge John E.
