U.S. Secret Service Arrests One of the Worlds Most Prolific Traffickers of Stolen Financial Information

News Release: (Washington, D.C.) On July 5, 2014 the U.S. Secret Service arrested Roman Valerevich Seleznev. A Russian national, Seleznev was indicted in the Western District of Washington in March 2011 for hacking into point of sale systems at retailers throughout the United States between October 2009 and February 2011.
