Buffalo Woman Sentenced for Access Device Fraud and Aggravated I-D Theft

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Teria Baker, also known as Tiara Baker, 25, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of conspiracy to commit access device fraud and aggravated identity theft, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to 34 months in prison. The defendant was also ordered to pay approximately $143,000 in restitution.

News Release: Columbia, South Carolina ---- United States Attorney Beth Drake stated today that Stanley Fard Harper, age 33, of Charlotte, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for committing Aggravated Identity Theft, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, 1028A. United States District Judge J. Michelle Childs, of Columbia, also ordered Harper to pay over $57,000 in restitution to various financial institutions.
