Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas hosts an awards ceremony with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Deputy Administrator Erik Hooks at FEMA’s Consolidated Resource Center in Sacramento to present the DHS Secretary’s Awards to employees for their outstanding contributions and recognize workforce achievements for the Department’s 20th anniversary. The Secretary will also recognize “plank holders," employees who have served at the Department since its inception in 2003.
