This hour-long leadership engagement opportunity, presented by the Officer Assignments Branch (OPM-2), will focus on Response Assignments. 

OPM-2 handles the assignments of all regular officers, Chief Warrant Officers, and reserve officers on extended active-duty contracts.    

Emailing OPM-4 for sessions is no longer required. You can join via Teams on the day of the event. The respective roadshow links can be found under the relevant calendar entry on the OPM-4 SharePoint site: OPM-4 (sharepoint-mil.us). Please email the Career Management Branch (OPM-4) with any additional questions.    

As a reminder and to promote unit discussions, officers in the same command are encouraged to attend roadshows from consolidated locations.

  • Subject: Virtual Session Request.   
  • Email Body: Unit/Date requested/Requested topic.   

If you are interested in an in-person tailored session, please contact OPM-4 for more information and include:   

  • Subject: In Person Session Request.   
  • Email Body: Unit/Date requested/AOs requested and structure of event.  

Teams instructions and info will be posted before each virtual roadshow on OPM-4’s SharePoint page. Recordings of the session will be available on OPM-4’s SharePoint site following each session.
